Return Policy on all SafetyED products

Here's how to return something ...

Step 1
All returns must be authorized by the Customer Service Department and must have a Return Authorization (RMA) Number.
Obtain your RMA here

Step 2
If you paid for the purchase with a Credit card or Paypal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and checked by our staff.
If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10-14 days to receive your refund check from SafetyEd from the time we receive the returned product.

Step 3
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse (Your RMA will give you all of this information). You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.
Please make sure that there is a delivery confirmation on the package that is being returned. This covers both you and us in the case of a lost package. We are sorry, but we cannot issue credit if we never receive the package.  Tracking information should be emailed to service@safetyed.org so we can monitor your return and expedite credit.

Step 4
All Refunds are processed within 21 days, once the returned product has been received at our warehouse in re-salable condition.  All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Canceling Your Order

We work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately. We will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time

Terms and Conditions

Our site contains a large number of products (over 20,000!) and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, on occasion a product or products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. SafetyEd is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Pictures of items shown on our web site do not imply that all items/accessories shown in the picture are included with the product or within the product price. Most accessories unless specified otherwise, are available as an option only and should be purchased separately. Please read the description carefully to check what all items are included with the product.
